Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all associated vm789 policies:

• "Member" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the vm789 platform and is accessing vm789 services.

• "Wallet" / "Balance" — refers to the IDR-denominated account balance held by vm789 on behalf of a Member, representing funds available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or non-cashable balances granted by vm789 to a Member pursuant to a promotion, subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 6.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity and address verification process described in Section 4 of these Terms, which vm789 is required to conduct on all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to and use of the vm789 platform is restricted under applicable law or vm789 policy.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond vm789's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service outages, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service interruptions.

Access to and use of the vm789 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times. By registering an account or accessing any vm789 service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. vm789 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register an account, access the platform, or place any wager. This age restriction is strictly enforced and applies without exception.

• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in Section 1 or as otherwise specified in vm789 policy from time to time.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of vm789 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by vm789 or by any third-party responsible gaming organisation, that restricts your ability to access online gambling services.
• You have not previously had a vm789 account permanently suspended or closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) vm789 account only. The registration of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.

When registering an account on the vm789 platform, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Indonesian mobile telephone number, and preferred payment method details. You further agree to update this information promptly in the event of any change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vm789 login credentials — your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted on your account using your credentials, whether authorised by you or not, will be treated as having been conducted by you, and you will bear full responsibility for all such activity.

vm789 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. vm789 may also require additional verification steps before activating a newly registered account, including but not limited to the KYC procedures described in Section 4.

vm789 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests and as an ongoing obligation under its responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering commitments. The KYC process requires you to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents through the secure upload portal in your vm789 account settings:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photographic identity document — Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or SIM (driving licence). The document must be current and not expired.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, or Bank Permata, or any official correspondence showing your name and current residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where a deposit has been made via bank transfer, a screenshot or statement confirming the originating bank account holder name matches your registered vm789 name. Where a deposit has been made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja), confirmation of the registered e-wallet account holder name.

vm789 aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of document submission during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). In cases where submitted documents are unclear or additional information is required, vm789 will contact you via your registered email address. Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until KYC verification is successfully completed.

vm789 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the member relationship, including on an ongoing basis for high-value accounts or in response to specific transaction patterns. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension pending further review.

All transactions on the vm789 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). vm789 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency, and no currency conversion is applied to member balances. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:

5.1 Deposits. vm789 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfer from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and via the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your vm789 wallet within three minutes of confirmed bank or e-wallet receipt, around the clock.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your verified vm789 account. Third-party withdrawals — that is, withdrawals to accounts held in any name other than that of the registered Member — are strictly prohibited. vm789 aims to process withdrawal requests within three minutes of approval on average. Actual processing times may vary depending on the receiving bank or e-wallet provider. vm789 does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.3 Funds Security. Member funds held in vm789 wallets are maintained in a segregated account separate from vm789's operational capital. Your IDR balance reflects funds held by vm789 on your behalf and is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds as described in Section 6.

5.4 Anti-Money-Laundering. vm789 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and the financing of any illegal activity. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to automated and manual monitoring. vm789 reserves the right to delay, block, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Member.

vm789 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free-play credits, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to verified Members only. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus-related winnings until KYC verification is completed in accordance with Section 4.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through different accounts constitutes multi-accounting and is subject to the sanctions described in Section 7.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Where no specific multiplier is stated, a default wagering requirement of 10× (ten times) the bonus amount applies.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering progress will expire at the end of the stated validity period if the wagering requirement has not been met by that time.
• vm789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications will not apply retroactively to bonuses already claimed and in progress by a Member.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Members, sold, or exchanged for cash except through the normal wagering and withdrawal process described in these Terms.

Members who hold Black Diamond VIP or Platinum VIP tier status may be eligible for bespoke bonus arrangements agreed directly with their assigned vm789 account manager. Such arrangements are subject to the same general principles set out in this Section and in any separate written communication issued to the Member.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vm789 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (including both real-money and Bonus Funds), and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one vm789 account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of the member relationship.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the vm789 platform to obtain an unfair advantage, including the exploitation of miscalculated odds or erroneous game results ("bug abuse").
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with live dealer games, or otherwise interact with the vm789 platform in a manner not available to ordinary human users.
• Engaging in bonus abuse — that is, systematically exploiting vm789 promotions through low-risk or hedged betting patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine game engagement, as determined in vm789's reasonable assessment.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any vm789 game or market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-format games.
• Using the vm789 platform for money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any part of the vm789 platform's technology infrastructure, including its servers, APIs, game logic, or payment processing systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens vm789 staff, third-party service agents, or other Members through any vm789 communication channel.

All content on the vm789 platform — including but not limited to the vm789 name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of vm789 or its licensed game and technology providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vm789 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any vm789 content; create derivative works based on vm789 content; use the vm789 brand or logo in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by vm789; or scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the vm789 platform for any purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vm789 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the vm789 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own decisions to wager on the vm789 platform. All gambling involves the risk of financial loss, and vm789 does not guarantee any outcome or return on any wager.
• Platform unavailability, downtime, or service interruption caused by maintenance, technical failure, Force Majeure events, or third-party infrastructure issues.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Inaccurate odds, game results, or market data caused by technical errors, provided that vm789 applies its standard void-and-rebook policy in a fair and consistent manner when such errors are identified.

Nothing in these Terms limits vm789's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.

By registering an account with vm789, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vm789 uses your personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — direct marketing communications. vm789 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. vm789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any other vm789 policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
• A Member's self-exclusion request or a third-party responsible gaming intervention.
• Inactivity — an account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000, which will be deducted from any remaining balance. vm789 will notify the Member by email prior to applying any dormancy fee.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Member via their last used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

vm789 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vm789 will notify Members by posting a notice on the platform homepage and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the registered email address of active Members. The revised Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of the vm789 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the revision.

The version of these Terms currently in force is always available at /terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the vm789 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law, as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which vm789 operates. vm789 is a licensed and internationally regulated online gaming platform.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests pending the outcome of arbitration.
